About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Intercontinental Transatlantic website and account services. Intercontinental Transatlantic is the service name used throughout these documents. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials under your control. Account registration is free and does not purchase a plan, activate a subscription or authorise a payment. A passkey may be synchronised by your device provider; review active credentials and sessions in Account security.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, commit payment fraud or distribute material unlawfully. Report suspected misuse of your account through Account security or our contact address.
Subscriptions and content
Paid plans are governed by the Subscription Terms and the specific price, billing period and offer presented before purchase. Story dates, institutions, clearances and administrative language belong to a fictional setting and do not represent public authority or real-world authorisation.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain rights in the original stories, designs and materials. Access permits personal use within your subscription rights, not commercial redistribution. Statutory exceptions and any express licence remain applicable.
Restrictions and account closure
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, fraud or a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue. Ending an account or subscription does not remove statutory refund rights or obligations for paid supplies not provided.
Service changes
We may maintain and improve the service. Material changes affecting your contractual rights will be communicated in advance where required, with the applicable options to end the relationship. No change removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Portuguese law applies to the extent permitted by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Contact us first to seek a resolution; this does not restrict access to competent authorities or courts.
Changes to these terms
The version and effective date are stated on this page. New versions apply prospectively in accordance with applicable law. Registration acceptance is recorded against the exact version shown; an updated page is not treated as evidence of an earlier acceptance.
